Mokonyane launches Community Builders Programme 11 April 2006 Gauteng MEC for Housing Nomvula Mokonyane will launch the Community Builders Programme at Duduza extension three in Ekurhuleni on Wednesday, 12 April 2006. The programme seeks to engage the community members in the constructions of their own houses. The council has made an application to the Gauteng Department of Housing to construct houses on the approximately 6000 stands serviced with water and sanitation. The project has been approved.
