MEC Mokonyane hands over title deeds 26 August 2005 As part of celebrating Women's Month, the Gauteng MEC for Housing Nomvula Mokonyane will hand over 23 title deeds to aged women in Orange Farm. Amongst the beneficiaries is 72-year old Martha Madithari Shuma who has never owned a house in her life. This is to instil a sense of home ownership, a constitutional right that was previously denied to them.
