MEC Mokonyane hands over title deeds 5 August 2004 Women in Doornkop, outside Soweto , will receive a very special present from Housing MEC Nomvula Mokonyane as part of a celebration of Women's Month. A total of 7000 title deeds will be handed over to the residents of Doornkop who are predominantly women. Among the recipients is Mrs Gladys Naledi Ntame, a 60-year-old disabled pensioner who was unable to contain her joy when she received an invitation to the ceremony.
