Housing MEC to hand over 16 houses 8 December 2004 The Gauteng Housing MEC Nomvula Mokonyane will hand over 16 houses built in 16 days to beneficiaries as part of 16 Days of Activism campaign. The beneficiaries, ranging from age 59 to 79, are victims and survivors of all forms of abuse and all have dependants. This will be the Department's fulfilment of its objective to build 16 houses in 16 days in commemoration of the 16 Days of Activism campaign.
